Our After School Activities.
Here at Denny Primary we are very passionate about providing extra activities for the children to take part in after their school day.
These groups allow children the chance to develop their interests, learn new skills and participate in social groups in which can support growing confidence.
We have a mix of sport and music activities for children to get involved in.
Cross Country
Mrs Huggins and Mrs Ainslie work with the P4 and P5 children to form our Cross Country Team.
School Drama Club
Mrs Brown and Miss Watts invite children from P5 to P7 to join them in our Drama Club.
The club works specifically towards performing a panto in December which involves learning a great deal of lines, songs, dance routines and stage placings.
Basketball
Miss Dawson and Miss Scrimgeour train with the children from P6 & P7 in our Basketball team.
Football
Miss Dawson and Miss Scrimgeour train with the children from P6 and P7 in our Football team.
